What’s the difference between your products and those of other brands?
At URF, we focus on combining unique designs with high-quality garments. We want you to be able to wear standout t-shirts without compromising on comfort. Our designs are created in collaboration with artists, made by people like you to connect with you.
How can I know what size to buy?
In the photos of each product, you’ll find a specific size guide for that item.
What materials do your products use?
We specify the materials used in the description of each product. Our commitment is to offer t-shirts made with 100% cotton and organic cotton. However, due to factors such as color, availability, or designs, we may sometimes use other materials. We’ll always be transparent.
What’s the difference between cotton and organic cotton versus other materials?
Cotton and organic cotton stand out for their quality, comfort, and durability, far surpassing synthetic materials like polyester:
- Superior comfort: They are soft, breathable, and perfect for everyday wear, unlike polyester, which can feel stiffer and less comfortable.
- Durability: Organic cotton is even more durable than regular cotton, thanks to its longer and less processed fibers. Both cotton and organic cotton last longer than polyester, which tends to lose its shape and softness over time.
- Sustainability: Organic cotton is grown without chemicals or pesticides, making it better for both the environment and your skin, helping to prevent irritation.
Choosing cotton or organic cotton means choosing high-quality materials, greater durability, and a style that lasts. 🌿
What does the gram weight mean?
Gram weight refers to the weight of the fabric, measured in grams per square meter (g/m²). A higher gram weight means thicker, more durable material, while a lower gram weight results in a lighter, fresher garment.
How should I wash and care for the garments?
We provide washing instructions in each product description, but generally, we recommend washing them in cold water and using shorter programs to preserve color and prints for longer.

No, limited drops will not be restocked. However, at URF, we are always looking for ways to bring back sold-out designs or adapt them for new collections.
DESIGN AND BRAND
Who designs the products?
Our designs are created by artists collaborating with URF, ranging from hand-painted illustrations to photo edits. We always include the designer’s name in the product description, except when the artist prefers to remain anonymous, in which case we use a name associated with the store.
What designs will you have available?
We start with exclusive URF designs, as well as others inspired by K-pop, video games, and pop culture. Our catalog will grow over time, so there will always be something new to discover!
How can I stay updated on launches?
We post all updates on our social media (Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok), and we also send updates through our newsletter.
How do you select the artists you work with?
We choose our artists based on their previous work with us, their style, and their ability to provide creative support in the development of our collections. At URF, we pay for designs according to specific conditions based on the type of project.
Additionally, we always keep in mind the artists we’ve worked with for future projects. When we open vacancies or are looking for new talent, we announce it through our social media channels.
SHIPPING AND RETURNS
How long does it take to ship and receive an order?
The shipping preparation time has a maximum of 5 business days, although we will always try to process your order as quickly as possible so that it ships the same day or, at the latest, the next day. The final delivery time will depend on the shipping method you select when completing your order.
Do you offer free shipping after a certain amount?
This depends on the country the order is being shipped to, as we ship across Europe. We recommend checking our Shipping page for more details.
What happens if my order doesn’t arrive after several days?
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated time, it’s possible that you ordered a size, model, or variant that wasn’t in stock at that moment. As soon as we detect that a product is out of stock, we will send you an email with the estimated restock time. If we don’t receive a response, your order will proceed as normal. However, we will notify you so you can decide whether to cancel your order based on the delivery date.
Can I return or exchange a product if it doesn’t fit?
Yes, we offer returns and exchanges. However, we recommend checking the size guide carefully before placing your order, as, being a small business, these types of transactions have a bigger impact on us.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us through the web form, our social media, or email us at urf_store@outlook.com, explaining the issue. We’ll do everything possible to resolve it as quickly as we can.
PROMOTIONS, DISCOUNTS, AND STORE
Do you offer discounts or promotional codes?
At this moment, as we’re just starting out, we don’t have any discount codes or promotions. However, as we grow, we’ll begin offering rewards and exclusive benefits to our customers. Stay tuned for updates through our social media and newsletters!
Do you offer discounts for bulk purchases?
Yes, we offer special prices for bulk orders, which already include benefits like free or discounted shipping. For more information, contact us through the website, our social media, or by emailing urf_store@outlook.com. Large orders will be treated as Group Orders.
Do you have physical stores, or do you only sell online?
We only sell online, but we will soon be attending events with our artists where you can shop in person or pick up your order. Additionally, for people in Madrid, we offer a free pick-up point.
